From the heart of the village to the banks of the canal
The 'estate' at the Château de La Redorte is huge, with the grounds around the château itself occupying the very centre of the village. This half of the estate is connected (by an ancient stone tunnel) to a second, larger piece of land that runs down towards the majestic Canal du Midi. Here, you'll find a charming courtyard jut off a winding lane that leads down to the tranquil banks of the Canal, perfect for walks or a waterside lunch.
“What a fantastic property. Food was really excellent. Rooms are amazing too- big and so beautifully decorated.”

The château's grounds now play host to new properties, built either side of an elegant 'plunge pool' surrounded by a sun terrace and gardens.
If you ever tire of lazing by the pool or dining ‘al fresco’ in your garden, a relaxed restaurant and wine bar awaits you on the château’s ground floor - where you can meet with friends for a delicious meal or compare notes on the region’s finest wines.
There's nothing quite so magical as an evening stroll down to the canal.
Another of the château’s original parlours has been turned into a refined ‘tea room’ - the perfect place to have breakfast on warm summer mornings.
The development also offers its very own luxury spa - where residents and their guests can book a number of treatments (which use local herbs and oils) or simply luxuriate in the heated jacuzzi.
